"After approximately 25 years of doing business with Jennifer in Larry Otwell's office, we are so disappointed in the service we are now receiving. You can never get them on the phone for any reason. Leave a message & they probably will call you back. Going to be shopping other insurance because they are no better than any other that has to be contacted through the internet now. Update: Had conversation with Jennifer, today after finding that the receptionist was sending text to cell phone to call her, again, rather than returning the calls. Think problem solved."
